Who we are: Crossroads Housing and Support Ltd (company number 12361833) provides supported accommodation in Birmingham. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZB245570. Our office is Suite 3, 2nd Floor, Cuckoo Wharf, 427 Lichfield Road, Aston, Birmingham B6 7SS.

What we collect: When you use a form on this website, call us or message us, we collect the details you give us. This can include your name, contact details, date of birth, housing situation, benefits, support needs and, for job applicants, your CV.

Why we use it: We use your information to answer your enquiry, assess a housing referral, offer a room and provide support, and to consider job applications. We rely on your consent, on steps needed before entering an agreement with you, and on our legitimate interests in running a safe service. Where we handle health or support needs information, we do so to provide housing and support, and only share it where needed.

Who we share it with: We only share your information where it is needed, for example with the referrer who referred you, the local council for housing benefit, and the trusted systems we use to run our service (such as our secure case management and email providers). We never sell your information.

How long we keep it: We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reason it was collected. Job applications that do not go ahead are deleted after 6 months.

Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@crossroadshousing.co.uk or call 0121 517 0188. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
